Selama 13 hari/ for 13 days
Pantangan / not allowed to consume: Garam (salt), air es (cold water)
Syarat / condition : 1 hari harus minum 8 gelas air putih hangat, jangan air es, min. 2 L/hari. 1 day you must drink warm water at least 8 glass/day (1,5-2 liter). The benefit of this diet is you can lost 7-8 kg (15-18lbs) in 2 weeks.
And if you don't obey the diet menu example you drink cold water or salted beef (even in the day 12), then u have to start all over again from day 1. off course u can change diet menu, but make sure it's the same kind of calorie and similar methods of cooking.
You only can do this diet once a year. Remember, after u succeed, u're free to eat any kind of food or salted food, but you have to continue to reduce your food forever ( yes forever you have to watch your calorie or u can simply eat more and work out more). Other wise your weight will back crawl again, more than your weight before you diet. Believe me, if u want to permanently having ideal weight, it's never been easy. it requires work out or a life time diet. At least, you can make it "fastforwarded" by this mayo diet program. Diet Menu for 13 days
Day I & VIII Morning:1 cup of coffee/tea + 1 tbs sugar

Dinner: 150 gram beef(steam or stir fried w/ unsalted butter )+ lettuce sprinkle with lemon
Day II & IX Morning:
1 cup of coffee/tea + 1 tbs sugar
Lunch:
150 gram beef(steam or stir fried w/ unsalted butter )+ lettuce+ 1 fresh pear
Day III & X
Morning:
1 cup of coffee/tea + 1 tbs sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 2 cups spinach + 1 tomat + 1 pear
lettuce sprinkle with lemon
Day IV & XI Morning:
1 cup of coffee/tea + 1 tbs sugar
+ 1 slice toasted breadDay V & XII Morning: 1 grated big raw carrot and sprinkle with lemon
Lunch: 250 gram steamed chicken with little unsalted butter
Dinner 250 grams beef (steamed or stirfried w/ unsalted butter)+ lettuce + 1 cup spinach
Day VI & XIII

Dinner 2 boiled eggs +1 grated big raw carrot and sprinkle with lemon
Day VII Morning:

Lunch:150 gram fried beef + 1 fresh fruit (papaya/pear)
Dinner: nothing (fasting)

Keuntungan diet ini adalah bila diikuti betul-betul (tidak boleh menyimpang sedikitpun) maka berat badan bisa turun 7-8 kg. Cara dengan diet ini telah diselidiki bahwa keadaan kimia di dalam tubuh menjadi lebih baik, sehingga tidak ada kemungkinan untuk menjadi gemuk lagi, asalkan pada hari 14 makannya secara normal (tidak berlebihan) cukup dilakukan 1 kali setahun.
Yang perlu diperhatikan apabila kita lupa makan sesuatu yang menyimpang dari diet ini, misalnya sudah mau selesai (misalnya hari ke 12) maka diet ini harus diulangi lagi dari hari 1. Sebab memang berat badan kita turun, tetapi kemungkinan untuk bisa gemuk lagi akan terjadi dengan penyimpangan tersebut.
Daging bistik harus digoreng dengan denish butter (unsalted/tawar), sayuran biasanya 1 ikat bayam rebus jangan direbus terlalu lama (tanpa garam). Daun selada dimakan mentah-mentah.

Malam 1,5 ons bistik goreng/rebus + selada yg ditaburi jeruk citrun

Siang 1,5 ons bistik goreng/rebus + selada + 1 buah segar (pear)
Malam 2,5 ons ayam kukus + 1 botol kecil yogurt tanpa gula
Hari III & X Pagi 1 cangkir kopi tubruk/tea + 1 sdk gula pasir
Siang 2 telur rebus matang + 1 ikat bayam + tomat + pear
Malam 2,5 ons ayam kukus + selada yang ditaburi jeruk citrun

Siang 2,5 ons ayam kukus dengan sedikit saus mentega yg tidak asin
Malam 2,5 ons bistik goreng/rebus + selada + bayam
Hari VI & XIII Pagi kopi tubruk/tea + 1 sdk gula pasir + 1 iris roti bakar
Siang 2,5 ons ayam kukus + selada ditaburi jeruk citrun
Malam 2 telur rebus + wortel besar parut mentah ditaburi citrun
Hari VII Pagi 1 cangkir kopi tubruk/tea tanpa gula

Malam Puasa
Makan sebaiknya terakhir jam 18.00, air dapat diminum setiap jam. Sebaiknya tinggal dirumah sebab kita bisa buang air sampai 8x/hari. Dan buang air besar jarang sekali, sebab hampir semua makanan diserap tubuh. Diet ini hanya menghilangkan lemak jangan takut peot.
